If you wish to be quoted and invoiced in your own currency, this is available at Spa Supply Solutions.This should be specified when you request the quote. All requested payment aside from Euro € will have to be converted with the exchange rate of the day since we may face variations from a day to another. Clients residing business billing address in the EU will have to provide a VAT registration number issued in the EU. Once you are ready to proceed to payment, we accept the following payment forms: Bank Wire, Visa, MasterCard.

Spa Supply Solutions clients must inform all needed specifications and finishes to the requested Spa Equipment before quoting. The client must carefully inspect and check the quote and pro forma invoice to make sure that no mistakes are made regarding the enquired quoted and agreed on product prior to payment. No modifications or amendments can be made once payment is received and manufacturing process has already began. All weight, volume and dimensions are approximate and will be determinate once the equipments are ready for shipping. The client is responsible for the exact fitting according to it's actual provided room and space dimensions.

Spa Supply Solutions delivers worldwide. All validated quotes must be fully paid within 10days to insure stock availability. Our stock vary on a day to day basis and our company is unable to "Reserve" stock aside for unpaid / pending quotes. In case of "Out of Stock" the client will have to wait until our company restock the merchandise to be delivered. Spa Supply Solutions can split the shipping of an order. The "Split Shipping" is subject to reviewal of the Shipping Fees. Restocking time frames can alter depending on the enquired item, product or equipment. Shipping fees can be provided upon quoting however will be INDICATIVE / APPROXIMATE and subject to reviewal after 30days . Once the merchandise is ready to leave our warehouse, it will be weighted, measured and the volume of the order will be obtained. Only then, ACCURATE / REAL COST of the shipping fees can be provided.
